About MyGov
MyGov is a citizen engagement platform launched by the Government of India on July 26, 2014 to promote the active participation of Indian citizens in their country’s governance and development. It is aimed at creating a common platform for Indian citizens to “crowdsource governance ideas from citizens”.

National Disaster Management Authority celebrates its foundation day every year to underscore its commitment to various disaster management. It captures attention, engages viewers, and encourages citizens to become agents of change by embracing preparedness as an essential part of daily life.
NDMAΒ in collaboration withΒ MyGovΒ India is hosting aΒ Poster Competition for Promoting Disaster Preparedness, Disaster Resilience and ManagementΒ with an aim to raise awareness, educate the citizens, foster a culture of resilience and empower individuals and communities to take proactive steps in reducing the impact of disasters and building a more resilient society.

Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to all Indian citizens.
- The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
- The participants in this online Poster Making Competition may use A3 or A4 sheets for the Poster.
- Participants should upload the poster in JPEG/PNG/SVGformatonly.
- The entries could be digital submissions,hand-drawn sketches, painting with any medium, and illustrations.
- Once submitted for the competition, the copyrights will solely be with the NDMA.
- Entry must be submitted in a high-resolution photo in downloadable PDF format only.
